Byron serves as Spectrum’s Business Development Manager and has over 40 years’ experience in facilitating emission testing for waste combustion sources, chemical, oil & gas, and military facilities.  He has extensive expertise in contract negotiation, project planning and execution, logistical planning, and business development.

Byron’s previous experience includes a career in the U.S. Army, retiring after 21  years. During his military career, he attended schools for meteorology, electronics, and missile guidance systems, and served as senior instructor on the TOW Cobra guidance system.
