George Lipinski is a Co-Founder, President and CEO of Spectrum Environmental Solutions. George drives the operational performance, growth and scaling of the company. He focuses on achieving the company’s vision through operational excellence and establishing a customer experience that exceeds expectations.

Prior to founding Spectrum, George has held positions at Sage Environmental, CH2M Hill, and URS Corporation. While at URS, George directly managed URS’ 24 person Source Testing Team and project managed numerous, large source testing projects at hazardous waste combustion facilities, delayed cokers at refineries, and mercury control studies at coal-fired power plants. He currently provides project leadership for the rollout of our technology at refineries and petrochemical plants.

George holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a Registered Professional Engineer from the State of Texas. George lives in Austin and his greatest accomplishment is having a great relationship with his two sons.
